I have placed an order in Flipkart on Big Billion Days and the order ID is “OD223057587687168000” the promised date of delivery is 13OCT2021, due to logistics issues they updated it to 17OCT2021 and then again updated to 22OCT2021 after raising several complaints on 22OCT2021 delivery associate called me and asked me to pay money instead of taking exchange item as he don’t have exchange app now. As I denied to pay money instead of exchange he informed the next day before 12pm on 23OCT2021 it will be delivered but it had not be till date. When I call the customer care they asking me to hold for a while to check status and they keep disconnecting my call. I need my ordered product to be delivered.
