Prasad i am writing below small story regarding my ordered.
i have order two product together due amazon gives me facility to do like this order from cart below two products in my cart that’s why i order both.
One Plus Nord2
AVI water Proof
when delivery boy came for delivery before sharing otp with him we observed only one product is there we returned him saying that we have order 2 product, again after some time he came back and say that you order 2 products together might all in one box. please share the otp it’s same for both product and also, he given idea that open box in front of him he will take video for that, so we done the same.
after opening box there is no mobile available so he said that second product also will delivered just wait until 09:00 PM, but we see in our amazon mobile app it’s showing both are delivered. immediately we call amazon customer care and explain all the issue. 3rd Nov they have taken investigation complaint and confirm they will come back with report 11th Nov 2021.
and now today they are saying product is delivered to you properly.
i want justice, i don’t know what’s wrong done here , i am suspecting your delivery boy done some fraud, if product is missing before opening what we can do please help me here this not small amount product 30K one month salary for me.
