I returned the item on 24th feb and status it started showing “picked up and on the way”. I didn’t got refund so started contacting amazon customer care , earlier they told wait for 20days. After that when i called then they told to wait for 1week after 1 week when i called them they told we are registering a complain so u can reach us after 5 day. When i called them after that they are telling I didn’t return the item so i will not get refund.they didn’t listen me and disconnected the call and sent a mail after that that i will paste below.
Now questions arise here
1. how they have updated the status that item picked up and on the way
2. Is it my problem if item is not reaching to seller or wherever it should be as i have returned the item and status got updated accordingly
3. How they can question on my character, i am earning enough to afford a helmet. As they are questioning me for not returning so i want to know how can i fight this further as I don’t want to be blamed for the same. They should say sorry for questioning me and torturing me since last 2month. I had cctv footage also but i can get that now because it only store last 1month backup.
I want to know for further action?
