This is regarding my prepaid order from Myntra Worth Rs 769.
The ekart tracking number is MYSP1083684247 which shows that the item is was delivered on 19th March. However, no order was delivered to the said address on the date and time shown. I have still not received the item.
I did not receive any call from a delivery person either regarding this order.
Now that this is falsely marked as delivered, there is no way for me to contact the delivery person.
This is a clear case of fraud and harassment from EKart. Please look into this urgently and either issue a complete refund or arrange the delivery of the ordered item.
