I had ordered 4 tshirts (product name – FTX Pack of 4 Men Solid Round Neck Multicolor T-Shirt) on 11th April via Flipkart and received them on 13th April. The tshirts were of poor quality and smaller in size, so I tried to return them immediately via the Flipkart app. However, each time I tried to return it the site crashed with a message of “Something went wrong, please try again”. I got in contact with a salesperson and he said my issue will be resolved by 19th April, but no resolution was provided. Now, the return window has closed and the order amount of Rs. 434/- which I paid via my own pocket has gone to waste. This is absolute fraud on the part of this dubious company called Flipkart!
