Respected Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that, on July 5th I have placed an online order for couple of below products from Royal Oak website associated with the Order No: ROY0048884:
Royaloak Blaze Office Chair in Nylon Mesh
Royaloak Splash Office Table-1.2M with High Gloss Finish
Out of the above 2 products so far I have only received “Royaloak Splash Office Table-1.2M with High Gloss Finish”, Though the installation is still pending.
And there is no update for the other one “Royaloak Blaze Office Chair in Nylon Mesh” .
When I am checking in their website under “Track Order”, I am able to see the update only for the table, which got delivered but nothing for the chair.
Moreover, I am not getting any response from their customer care neither over a call nor in email.
Kindly help me to get my product delivered along with the installation.
