Respected Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that, on October 15th, 2020 I have placed an online order for Royaloak Berlin Shoe Rack Three Door from Royal Oak website associated with the Order No: #ROY0075637 and the promised delivery date was 30th October 2020. but until now I didn’t received the product and tried to contact through their WhatsApp number there is no response from the team and after so many days got a call from one of executive name Rajshekar from his mobile no. +91-7760460453 and said will give the update by next day that’s it from next he’s not responding to calls and messages. almost i made a call of 50times a day he’s not even responding. i had already made the payment while placing the order.
Moreover, I am not getting any response from their customer care neither over a call nor in email.
Kindly help me to get my product delivered along with the installation or refund my money already i am exhausted for the pathetic response from the royaloak.
