I have been ordered the item( 408-5125318-1737162) on 14-08-2023. The delivery date mentioned is 15-08-2023. But I have not received the order yet. Daily it is mentioning that the item is out for delivery and I am not getting any calls from delivery agent. I was following this for past 2 days and no proper response from the support team. Since this is an exchange product,there is a timeline for exchange and so this delay is affecting my exchange timeline. I was asked to wait till 11PM on 16-08-2023 for collecting the order. But I didn’t get a call from delivery agent and the status gets changed in the morning. I need a proper answer for this situation and also my order.
