I had ordered an Italian Handmade Suede High Boots, Men’s Suede Velcro Leather Casual Sneakers Non-Slip Breathable High Boots (Color: Grey, Size: 7) after seeing an advertisement in Facebook which says “🔥🔥Last Day Special Sale 49% OFF – 2023 Italian Handmade Suede Velcro High Boots” with order ID 21122SD for which I received an SMS also confirming my order, signed by Dash101, for Rs. 1,499/-. In the SMS it was mentioned that my order is slated to get delivered on Oct. 9th, but, I got it delivered by Oct. 5th itself. After, making the payment, when I opened my consignment, I saw that I have been a prey to a FRAUD. I immediately, called the Customer Care No. 02248964047. When called it automatically went into IVR and when selected an option they had sent me a link for return the product which is as follows: https://rb.gy/2sho9 and I had made the return request using the same link. While making the return request I had filled in my Bank Details (Name, Account No. and Bank IFSC Code) and the return is scheduled for Oct. 6th. They had mentioned in the site that the refund will be processed within 5-7 workingdays after the pick-up.
I am still in doubt whether my money will be refunded or not. Hence, I am filing this complaint.
