Hi team
I have recently try to book room in goibibo. On 5th February 2022 around 11PM, but in app it showed cancelled as pop-up and went off,
but when I see my bank account Rs.1384(room rent) was deducted (INB/875136403/PAYU.IN), Merchant PNR :14671612318 (information received from Bank)
When I try to call customer care, the said deduction Amount will transfer back to my bank account within 72 hours ,
but till no Money credited,When I try to call today ,only computerised voice is speaking , it is not moving forward to customer executive(Human)
Kindly assist and take quick action on it,
