HEY!

I HAVE RECHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT RS.150/- BUT NOW IT IS SHOWING THAT “THIS IS THE WRONG CARD FOR THIS SETUP BOX” BUT I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY CARD ANYTIME.

IF I CALL CUSTOMER CARE, IT ASKS ME TO ENTER YOUR SUBSCRIBER ID, BUT IF I ENTER, IT TELLS IT AS INVALID AND I’M UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU.

KINDLY LOOK THROUGH IT.
