Text of Complaint by Ritik Ranjan:

I tried to make transaction of Rs.1116.84 through PayzApp app on Jabong on 10 February 2019 at 10:49 pm. But transaction failed and my money got debited from my bank account.

There was no notification of any failed transaction on jabong.com

This transaction most probably has been failed from the PayZapp end. The Txn ID on payzApp is 201902102249309141uT85kX8 . Payuld is 8019518029 as given in PayZapp for the transaction.

Please make them refund my amount as soon as possible.
