Hi,

 
I am shocked at the inefficiency with which customer requests are being handled by Airtel.
 
My son opted to convert his prepaid mobile to postpaid and set the process on through our family account portal with 9840074883 and 9840094425. The former is my wife’s postpaid and the latter is my post paid which I am using for the past 19 years plus.
 
Airtel sent an SMS that the process is on and stated that in 24 hrs it will be done. I had a credit balance of Rs. 1240 plus. 
 
Since today afternoon you have not only deactivated the number but also removed the number from our family account web portal of yours !!!! ???? – leaving us on the lurch with no option to follow up.
 
I have been trying since afternoon to reach your 121 for a resolution but of no avail. My son is travelling and you have frozen his only means of communication.
 
PLEASE DO ACT ON THIS IMMEDIATELY – YOU CAN REACH ME ON 9840094425.
