I have ordered Iphone 14 Plus on 30th Aug 2024 from Flipkart and delivery is suppose to be done on 31st Aug 2024.But now it is getting delayed with no correct status on app.On tracking ID shown-I check it on Ekart logistics then it is moving from one hub to other.I have done almost 15 CALLLS with flipkart customer support team regarding status.But they only ask for time 24 hours,48 hours,72 hours etc but time passes and they are not able to resolve.It is a complete prepaid order and my 59k approx stuck.Now in the end i beg them to cancel my order as i am helpless now,but dont know how long it will take.I request you to help me in getting my refund of money as i dont have hope that flipkart can resolve it.They are unnecessary bothering me and forwarding issue one dept to other.
