Hello I want to raise complaint about nuego bus service that I have booked a ticket of nuego bus from Delhi to dehradun timing of the bus 5 pm and booked ticket through agent of nuego bus service at morning around 10 30 am and due to some reason I want to cancel my bus ticket and I have read all the terms and conditions of the nuego bus service and cancellation policy also and after reading all that only in a right way I was cancelling my ticket from afternoon aroun 1 pm but the agent didn’t pickup my phone and the ticket was of 4 people and I want the refund of my cancellation ticket as I contact to nuego bus service contact number and agent also but they didn’t provide any satisfactory answer to me.
