Text of Complaint by Arjun Sharma:

  • I wanted to register a complaint for bad internet and callling service for my airtel number.
  • During calls others are not able to hear me and this happens to every call that i receive or do.
  • During using internet it is also not working fine It is not even able to load a small website properly.
  • Last time I recharge it with 399 pack for 56 days which include 1.5 gb/ day internet but I am not even able to use 50 or 100 mb data as internet speed is so poor. So what is the need of doing such high amount recharges. It has been happening past couple of months. If i does a recharge to keep incoming facility on i got messages regarding please recharge with high plans to aviod losing your number.
  • I have tried to contact airtel customer care with calling and mailing them my problem. when i tries to contact by customer care toll free number  198 and 121. it is working for other options like mobile and recharge details but when i tries to input for complaint against bad internet it says your balance is low why .
  • on mail they are not responding.
  • please file a complaint against it. as i have already ported my other number to a else service provider. and i cannot do it again and again.
