I was searching offline/online part time job, as im currently unemployed. I applied in online websites for that. After which I got a message on whatsapp on
17th feb regarding online job in Fidias technology. They stated there is no registration fee or any other charges, and the payment (salary) will be processed 2 days after the task (filling 430 forms in 4 days) is completed. They did not tell about any other charges, fines or penalties. So, I agreed to the offer and worked.
I seeked for this job for some income, due to my financial needs. So, i did my regular work, I sat over night for 3 days and completed my work and even informed it to the concerned helpline mail id (helplineservicefidias@gmail.com), and also the agent who contacted me for this job. I started this job on the 19th feb, and finished it on the 22nd feb by 4:30am (within time). After completing, I did not get any responses for 2 days. Finally, on Feb 24, I got a mail from Advocate Amit Kumar (associateadvocate64@gmail.com) in a subject line “LEGAL PROCEDURE Of FIDIAS TECHNOLOGY”, which says, to pay the registration amount of 4800 and they were going with police verification at your house with the court legal notice amount of section 73 section 74 section 75 of agreement Breach case the legal notice amount is 1.50 lakhs in court.
They did not inform any of these things to me before starting my work and now coming up with these norms and even an agreement to blackmail me. A person claiming himself as a legal officer (7600599216) called me in my phone and blackmailed me using words like “Get ready face the consequences”. Please take necessary action. These people are playing and living with poor people and needy people’s financial needs.
They also have my photo ids and e-signature.
He also threaten to send summon on my name and to contact the local police station for further harassment.
He also claimed it is a singapore based company and asked me to settle outside court by paying 4800 or 7500 for settlements with different excuses.
