Respected sir,I have paytm postpaid account.and it has been misused by someone in uttar Pradesh in the month of june.and paytm is billing me for that unauthorized transaction.and I gave a police complaint in the local p.s. and the police has traced it out and said that it happened in uttar pradesh.and police said that they are no longer interested in investing the case because it is little issue of RS 1000. I told about this unauthorized transaction to the paytm 24/7query section .they are not giving a proper response for me since 2 months and they are even urging me to pay the money by sending me lawyer notice and levying a charge of rs100 per month.please kindly help me in this issue.
