I HAVE PURCHASE SMART WATCH OF FIRE BOLTT FROM AMAZON ON DATED 19.12.2023 AFTER THAT ITS RECEIVED ME IT HAS DISPLAY PROBLEM & I VISIT SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY DID NOT ATTEND THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO COMPLAINT ONLINE. I COMPLAINT ONLINE THEN THEY PICK THE WATCH AFTER 20 DAY S THEY GIVE ME REPLACEMENT WRONG WATCH I HAVE FILE ONLINE LEGAL COMPLAINT THEN THEY CALL ME FOR REPLACEMENT BUT THEY GIVE AGAIN WRONG ITEM I M COMPLAINT AGAIN THEY PICK THE WATCH BUT THIS THEY HAVE TAKEN 4 MONTHS FOR REPLACEMENT & GIVE WRONG WATCH IT HAS BEEN NO CHARGING POINT & CHARGING CABLE IS DIFFERENT
