My flight has canceled due to COVID-19 and the airline mentioned that the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method(bank account). But now GOIBIBO issue me a credit voucher instead of credit the refund amount to my bank account. In this situation to service, I need the money and the credit voucher is totally valueless for me. So please escalate this issue ASAP.
