I had applied for migration of Airtel fiber to my existing connection. Airtel executive contacted me on
Friday 26th June. (Executive number: 95354 79550)
I explained him of my requires that, I’m an existing Airtel Customer with Land line number 08042172272
and have Broadband connection. I also have the intercom connectivity to my number as setup in my
apartment.
The executive committed that my old number will be retained and I will be getting the intercom facility
also.
Now I see that I have 2 accounts, one old one and the new one. Have 2 numbers, no intercom, the
executive who promised me every thing is not picking my calls at all.

Customer care centre asked me to write a email on this, but there is no response.
I need to know what is the option to reachout Airtel to solve this issue? How this issue can be solved?
