(Writing on behalf of my wife Ankita Arora)
I had been using airtel postpaid from last few years. I felt it pretty expensive while compared to other services. So raised port request in last week of November 2018, then i was given some cheap offer by airtel postpaid.
The time they changed my plan, i stopped getting internet connectivity and raised this concern on phone multiple times. Everytime i was being asked to wait for 72 hours but i didn’t get any call from Airtel. I still paid whole bill amount.
Then i thought of porting this sim to prepaid. The day it was ported to prepaid, outgoing call was restricted due to no first recharge on my phone (I had already paid money for first recharge to Airtel Store, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021).
I tried reaching out to the guy who helped me to get this sim port, he found some issue in recharging my number.
Not happy with poor airtel service.
