Hello team,

Am Guhan from Puzhuthivakkam Chennai.  I requested for new Airtel broadband connection on Friday 12.06.2020.  Payment for 3 months in advance has been done on the same day.  There was very fast response from Airtel executive until the payment was done.  The executive said the connection will be given the same day.  But after the payment was done none of the executive team contacted me for further proceedings.  And none of the executive responded me over the call or WhatsApp, inspite of repeated follow ups.  It’s been almost 3 days to setup a connection and am unaware of the current status.  Even the customer care executive was unable to help me with the details or push my request further on priority basis.

As a customer atleast I should be given proper response and update regarding my request.  The worst part was the customer care executive has none of the details about my request like the technician or the executive who I working on it and what is the current status of the request.  The sales team from Airtel is concerned only till the payment done from customer end and not setting up the connection at proper time or atleast give a proper response to the customer. This has greatly impacted my day to day life (online working)and the education of my kid during this quarantine period.
