I had purchased a Stamford Wooden 3+1+1 Sofa Set from www.urbnfurnish.com on 11-Feb-2020 vide Order # 1581364788692 for Rs.38948.
On 6-Aug-2020 I mailed them snaps of all 3 sofas wherein the joints have opened up (have attached a snap herewith) and asked for a resolution. It took me 3 reminders and 14 days for them to revert saying that they cannot provide a solution as it seems to be a case of misuse at my end.
Misuse/mishandling at my end cannot cause 3 different sofas to have the same issue at precisely the same place but a manufacturing defect definitely can.
Also, there’s a clause in their warranty policy that states “any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is limited to 36 months from the time of purchase” but there’s no response from their end.
Would request intervention to help me get a prompt, fair and favorable resolution to my issue
