I am Vodafone Karnataka Customer and currently residing in Jaipur since 1 month. I am facing network data issue at my home in Jaipur since 1 month. I raised complaint at Vodafone customer care 4 time since 8th March and called more than 10 times. Every time it get closed without any resolution. I am just getting 2g network at my home and it is single story building. I am not getting 4G network at my home in Capital of Rajasthan and Vodafone claims to be India’s strongest network.
I am tired of calling and raising request at Vodafone customer care. Every time they open new request which gets closed after 3 days without any resolution.
Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.
