Hello Vodafone,
This is to inform you that I am not getting services for which I am paying. Call drop and Data services is a major challenge with your company. I have logged several complaints but no one is bother about that, but i am forced to pay the amount. Kindly provide me services what you have committed for or refund my amount. You people are making false commitment since long tie and trying to fool customer. I am only left with an option to take legal help or file a case for false committed and cheating. Final decision is with you and your management.
Now, finally I need a solution either from Vodafone or by Indian Law institute.
