This is to inform you that have purchased 1+ TV through Flipkart and also taken extended warranty with Jeevas. Now facing issue with display as unable to seen pic in tv so logged complaint with Jeevas and on 26.08.2022 technician from Jeevas visited at my place and saw the TV However after 1 hour of taking time for analyzing the issue around 100+ pic he clicked of my TV and Finally he says there is dent in our TV screen. After telling multiple times that I can’t see dent on screen he says I will inform to provider and share report to further.
I have personally check and one of my expert colleague also I take opinion about dent on screen but no one can see any Dent in front of screen. Please note only Jeevas technician open complete TV at the time of visiting rest none of person touch our TV.
Request you to look into this matter on higher priority as we are following with Jeevas since last 15 days but no one respond back. Need your intervention on this.
