I am sending you thus email to lodge a complaint about your call center and store reps as they are unable to resolve my issue with the UPC code generation.
I am going back-and-forth with your internal stakeholders to resolve this issue. Every time I call or send an email, I get a different reply. As per the last communication received from Vodafone corporate mailbox that there are more than 100 numbers which are registered Under my corporate account. However, I have only one number which is 981-497-1473 which should be registered under my company account. I have explained multiple times this issue to your representatives but they are absolutely incompetence to resolve my issue. As per the last communication from Vodafone I have visited the Ludhiana Vodafone store and explained the situation and as per the store manager he has sent me email to the head office to get the approval as an exception because it is purely a data error. Day Before yesterday I got a call from the store manager stating that he has received the approval and same is getting updated in our system. He advised me that tomorrow after 12 noon I can generate the UPC code. When I tried to generate the UPC code it gave the same error what I was getting before. I try to contact him yesterday but he did not receive my call. Today when I called him asking the status, he advised that the approval has been updated but we have sent another email to somebody internally to get it checked. When I called him back stating the issue not yet resolved then I was advised to send an email to Corp.servicedesk@vodafoneidea.com and appellate.pun@vodafoneidea.com. I received a from appellate team asking the address and phone number for the Vodaphone store i have visited. On the same day I got an email from the appellate team that my issue will be resolved in 5 working days and it not been resolved nor getting a call from the same team. I have sent couple of reminders no luck. Please find below the complaints that was registered by me and all are in closed status without any resolution.

In all these days who is suffering is me being a customer with Idea Vodafone from last more than 10 years. I am facing major issues with the network and losing my business because of this network issue. I would appreciate A prompt action on this issue.
