Hello Team,
I have raised multiple tickets regarding the issue with selling gold from paytm gold. I planned to sell the got at a specified price but due to the below issue I lost the trust and value of my paytm gold account.
The worst part is I have raised multiple queries by attaching the below screenshot for reference but all those got resolved without providing any resolution for me.
You are my last hope to take necessary action on the issue and I have a trust in you for the same.
Please find the below screenshot which shows the error message that I have received while selling the gold. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
