Text of Complaint by Mujahid Khan:

Hello Sir,
I had enrolled for a training class with Simplilearn which I could not attend due to a medical emergency in my family. Upon raising request to reschedule training on another slot Simplilearn has asked me that they have a policy that I will have to pay an additional fee for rescheduling. The course fee was fully paid by me, the account manager who was coordinating with me during enrollment now isn’t giving proper response.
The reschedule thing was not informed earlier neither is there any information about this in their website.
I have raised a support ticket to escalate my case to higher level but they in turn ask me to connect to account manager.

I think this is absolutely unfair and would want to know what are my options here to raise legal complaint against simplilearn, as there seems no way to get to an escalation point in simplilearn
