Text of Complaint by Dharani Reddy:

Hello,
I’ve taken Airtel Black on 11th and it got cancelled same day due to some issues
But Broadband was installed on 12th of Nov and Raised the disconnection request for the same

Technician installed Broadband and he Kept DTH Antenna and he didn’t installed the set top box and cable, but in my Airtel Thanks app I can see there is DTH connection which was in Active state

But he was not installed the DTH Set top box , he activated it in his home and he brought it today to install at my home

I’ve denied for the DTH installation today because it is already Activated outside

When I spoke with airtel black team they’ve told that for DTH and Broadband was cancelled the amount will be added to my source account

Now airtel team is denied to initiate refund for both services , I got a call from Airtel DTH They have told that they won’t refund for DTH when i called to black on the same time they said for black there is no such a policy of these , they told they will refund for both services

Please check and pls refund for the same
