Pissed off with #Amazon this is the first time I’m facing this issue related to my return. I returned my order on 23rd October 2021 and so far have not yet received the refund amount in my wallet. Now today the CCE representative is claiming that I had returned the Junk item to them so they will not do the refund.

Why will I return something if it is correctly delivered to me? Definitely you guys'(or the middle men) have delivered the wrong item to me and so I had to request for return.

Secondly, even though I have returned the Junk Item, why is it not updated in the order status? Why is it still showing it is pending to pick up? when the delivery agent has already taken the item. (refer to the image below).

Yesterday I had to raise a complaint that I am getting defective/missing/Spilled products continuously. So I have to raise a return. What is my fault in that? And after picking up the product if you say that you are receiving junk then whose fault it is.

Now they are saying we wont give the refund.
