I have send 3500/- rs on 31 may 2022 through phone pe UPI and the amount is debited from my account and transaction is showing successful but till now the amount does not received by the merchant account and phonepe said that the amount is transferred to the merchant account and still it is not showing in the statement of merchant account that the amount is received.
