Issue with Paytm Mall order (Blue Star Aristo – Water Purifier, Order#6394601052):
Order placed on Oct 28, 2018. Quoted delivery date was Nov 07, 2018.
Waited till Nov 10, 2018 and then cancelled the order since the courier tracking ID provided was also invalid and neither paytm nor me was able to locate the order.
Seller was from NCR only (Kitchen Homez, Delhi) and the delivery was required in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad but they couldn’t deliver in 15 days.
Now they are not even approving the cancellation and saying that the cancellation would be approved once the order goes back to the seller.
But what is my fault here. I did not get the delivery and the order was untraceable so I had to cancel the order.
I haven’t returned the product post delivery that they are making excuses like refund would be made only after the order goes back to the seller that too which is untraceable. I have cancelled the product due to delay in delivery, so that formula should not apply.
Paytm mall customer care is not approachable. I am not getting help.
