I had placed an order on 25th May from JioMart website. I received my order with order ID: 15904062609022461W on 5th June 2020, but there are a number of issues with my order. I have sent numerous mail and made phone calls to the customer service where every time I was promised that my issue would be resolved at the earliest but I haven’t received my refund or any status update about the same till date. The complaint number raised with the phone customer service is 2877363 and 0022569263. Numerous emails were also sent to the team since 6th June 2020 with Ticket No. IM1300885. I have also summarized the issue below for your perusal. Numerous products ordered were missing due to which my invoice value was lowered. In the final invoice shared with me, Yummiez Veg Cheese Fingers 400 gm was missing but still charged to me. Of the Arrived products, Cadbury Gold Chocolairs is an expired product. You may please arrange to have it picked up as I will not be paying for something that’s already expired. I have attached the photo of the product as proof The Doritos Sweet Chilli has pricing or weight issue. The pack says that the MRP of the product is Rs 35 while you have charged me Rs 46.50. You may pick up the product or refund the difference. Attached is the photo of the product as proof. Calculating all the cost of all product received after cutting the cost for the expired product and the difference between MRP and SP of Doritos, my total bill should not be above Rs 224.14/-. I had made a payment of Rs 1223.21 via Paytm. I have already received a refund of Rs 809.57. I have to still receive a refund of Rs 189.50 but JioMart isn’t responding.
