I had placed an order over flipkart with 3 qty in it But of three items they have delivered only 1 item to me physically and without delivery of other two products they have updated in their system as delivered for all the three items.
Now I am regularly following up for the same since 13/08/2022 but still these guys have not come up with any resolution.
At last they have messaged me today that I have to wait again till 24/08/2022 for the same.
This is the kind of harassments they are giving me cause everyday they are calling me and saying your issue will get resolved within 24hrs time.
At last today evening they have come up with two options as I have to wait for Delivery of pending items for 10 days or Flipkart will provide the full refund of the missing items which I have not received.
My only complain here is if in last moment they have left with these two options only then they could have initiated this within 2-3 days. Why they have harassed me by giving continuous calls for confirmation of the delivery of missing items and apart again and again I have to reopen the raised issue as unresolved in my Flipkart account over app.
Now, I want flipkart India to provide me the full refund of the amount which I have paid to buy those items along with products and 1 lakh Rupees compensation for the Harassments.
If Flipkart India will fails to do the same then forcefully I have to legally against them with all the recording and proofs of order which I have saved with me.
