Hello Team,
I have requested for Airtel Black Connection with plan 1099 on 12th May 2022 for which I have paid 2000+ plus taxes.
Broadband installation was completed on the immediate next day and for DTH the support team has bought HD Set top box instead of xstream Android Box.
Got to know that the sales executive has selected incorrect option while order creation and it resulted this mess, CUSOMTER IS FACING ISSUES FOR THE MISTAKE OF SALES EXECUTIVE.
I have only two options : 1. For continuation I must want the connection along with Android Setup box 2. Cancel the connection with complete refund of amount.
I have called customer care / sales executive and no one is bothered to take care of my issue.
