Text of Complaint by Vamsi Krishna:

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order placed with Label Ethnic.

Order ID: NS07144009FFADFD27

Order Date: 20th November

Product: Red Timeless Kalamkari Print Lehenga

Delivery Date: 24th November

The product delivered was not in good condition, and the material quality was extremely poor, which is unacceptable and does not match what was promised at the time of purchase.

Immediately upon receiving the order on 24th November, we raised a return request through the ShopDeck WhatsApp chat and in the website. Despite following up multiple times on 26th, 29th, and 30th November, we did not receive any response or resolution. Each time, we clearly mentioned that no communication had been received from your end, yet there was still no reply or action taken.

Due to the complete lack of response and support from lable ethnic, the return request was eventually marked as returned/closed without any resolution, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
