Text of Complaint by Prasanna kumar:

On may16th , I Made a recharge or payment of 698rs to 9962172145 using airtel UPI payment and it has been failed however later it showed as success and Money debited but recharge has not done to entered number and not refunded til now . I lost my money. Transaction id is 013715424254.
