I’ve been using jio like past 3 years but suddenly I’m facing the net speed problem since 2 months. I called customer service and they always say it’ll be resolved soon, they never commit any date but till now this problem of slow speed isn’t resolved. Please mark a date or I’ll be porting my jio sim to airtel.
