I ordered Noise airbuds worth 999 on February 9,2023. As I got a product which has charging problem I reaised return and refund request. As of today it already completed 2months still I didn’t get the refund. I tried literally like hell in these 2 months and fed up with their service. Even After hundreds of calls they didn’t solve my problem and wasted my time. So I requesting the competent authority to look into this issue and Kindly provide refund. We are salaried employees of middle class family where salary is much needed. So I can’t give up on my 999rs.
