Respected sir/madam,
I have complained regarding an issue in the Airtel network in Basaveshwaranagar area, Bangalore, Karnataka 560079 (Reference number: 90275502). It was told that the issue will be resolved by the first week of May and I am still facing a lot of problems. Since a mobile network is an important source of communication, the issue cannot be neglected like this. It is getting worse day by day and really bothering us as most of the important callers are not able to hear me even if I go stand outside my house.
I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
