I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my Paytm Postpaid bill payment. I paid the bill on time, as per the due date mentioned, but unfortunately, there seems to have been a server problem on your end which resulted in the deduction of the amount but without the successful processing of the payment.
As a consequence of this technical glitch, I have now been charged late fees for a bill that was paid on time. I have been attempting to resolve this matter for quite some time, but despite my efforts, the payment has not been processed yet.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and prompt resolution. Please find below the details of the payment and the subsequent late fee charges:

I understand that technical issues can occur, but it is extremely frustrating to be charged late fees for a problem that was entirely out of my control. I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Paytm for a long time, and I believe that this matter can be resolved with your assistance.
I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
1 Immediate reversal of the late fee charges levied on my account, as it was due to the technical glitch on your end.
2 Prompt processing of the payment for my Paytm Postpaid bill.
3 Confirmation of the payment and adjustment of the bill status to reflect that the payment has been successfully processed.
I would appreciate regular updates regarding the progress of my complaint and request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I am confident in Paytm’s commitment to customer satisfaction and trust that you will rectify this situation promptly.
