I had made a payment for my credit card last month and the amount is not reflected in my credit card statement. I have been reaching out to the support team of cred for the issue resolution and so far they have not resolved it. They keep on asking the supporting documents which I have shared over time to time. But they haven’t resolved it yet even though it was a matter of significant amount and it’s been a month.
