I am having network issue in my home location Banglore. I complained. Network team said they will resolve IIn 3 months. It’s been 7 months it’s not resolved. Network team also said, they will wave off half of the anount from bill until my issue is resolved. Now when I call them or email they don’t respond. An wasting my 300 rupee every month. Airtelteam treats me like a beggar.. an asking for wave off bcz I do not get network properly.. if I complaint they say they will call me back, but nobody responds.
