On April 16th I ordered a shoe rack from flipkart whose order ID is OD124697854094121000.I received the package on April 25th .one technician Mr Sajeeb rahman was assigned technician visit for installation on 27th April who neither called me nor responded to my call. Then after l complained to flipkart they assigned another person named Mr Rajesh for technician visit for installation on 28th April . After calling him he came for installation .He told me that some items were not in the package and it could not be installed. So he had made a return request for which I had received a message that return & refund was approved. But on 29th I received another message stating my request for return was canceled. So I again contacted customer care to know the reason . They again activated the return request and a technician visit Mr Sajeeb rahman was assigned by flipkart for inspection & pick up but he again neither called nor responded on 4th May. I again complained to customer care regarding poor service and delay. Again I was assigned a technician named Rizwan for visit to pick up on 5th May. When I called him he said that he did not receive any intimation regarding visit.I request you to take up the matter seriously to resolve the issue earliest.Now the product is in return status.
