I have added money from google pay to airtel payment bank Rs 365 on 12th april and amount has been debited from my account Rs 365 and even from google pay money has been debited to airtel payment but in airtel payment bank money which has been added it not showing even from airtel . I have not received any message of adding the money and even it not showing any transactions. Even I have complain regarding this to airtel customer and I called so many times and even I have mail them but everytime there is no proper response. If we call them I don’t know what happen to customer care people they will make excuses as they are not able to listen and all. It’s being high time and even one of the customer care people call me back and they accept their mistake and they said they will credit the amount but till now I have not received and even I have send them all the proves regarding this amount.
