Dear Amazon team
I worried this situation please resolve my problem
I was first’ time shopping with Amazon plateform
Then the first’ order is empty box
I was receive a order then make a many doubts of this packet
Then i call to deliver person
And his said
I don’t know please call on customer support
And then i call customer supporter
Customer supporters will be taken the investigation time on 11 October
Then the again call on customer service
They said
Our team was safe delivered on a mentioned address with correctly weight
But sir
I sware the box is empty
I have prouf of this package
And attached the video and photo
Please resolve my problem
I humbly request to you

This incident was not taken me
