Hi,
I’m Albert. Currently lives at ASHOK NAGAR!
This is not going to be pleasant.
On March 8th we booked an appointment with URBAN COMPANY to deep clean our AC.
One useless professional named SIVA KUMAR came and cleaned and went.
From that day onwards we have been facing issue!
So I booked for an revisit, another stupid useless guy named DINESH KUMAR came and said that the previous guy who serviced had damaged the appliance and so he took the board and went for 6days.
We are living in a third floor and this scorching heat is very bad for us!
And he didn’t respond to me properly !
Finally he came today and fixed the board, within mins he left the same issue is shooting up, and when I called him he’s sounding rude and indifferent.
This DINESH guy is not professional doesn’t know how to handle AC also the problem.
I highly doubt URBAN RECRUITING’S and I don’t know the way he was selected.
When I asked for his reporting office, he’s telling that it’s at DELHI.
Don’t you have an office to look after the Chennai based?
What kind of service ?
Also, when I requested for an callback, it was promised that they would give us a call within 15mins and nothing is done till date.
I want my issue to be fixed and with an alternative AC fixed until.
