I have been using PayTM for a quite long time with +91 7083372198.
Few days back I switched my phone to a another SIM (+91 6350500753) and had transferred 2,000/- from my bank to my PayTM wallet. My bank account got debited with 2,000/- but the amount has not shown to my wallet and all my past transactions got disappeared.
Moreover during this Process of switching of the SIM, PayTM created yet another account with my new number. Now both accounts is showing zero balance.
Need to got my this issue fixed and let my transaction trail and wallet with updated balance.

Before raising this complaint here, I have tried calling their customer care number, its of no use. After multiple attempts, was unable to reach to their representative. Subsequent to which i have booked my issue within the their app – 24×7 customer support service, (where one can describe their concern, issues and their so called customer service team tries to resolve the issue.)
To my surprise, the team have not gone through my issue and responded back after 2,3 days back that there is no issue and your balance is correct. Have re-raised the issue and asked them to read through my issue, but again the same auto-reply sort of response from their side.
This kind of pathetic support/response from PayTM support team compelled me to reach out to the public domain and raise my voice.
